Disaster Workers Deploying to Mississippi

Helping People Recover from Floods

Denver, Monday, March 4, 2019 – The American Red Cross of Colorado & Wyoming is sending disaster volunteers to help the people of Mississippi and surrounding areas that were devastated by severe flooding.

Tina Harrison, a volunteer with the American Red Cross of Southeastern Colorado will remain in Colorado but support casework in Mississippi virtually.

David Schneider, a volunteer with the Mile High Chapter deployed on 2/25 to support the delivery of emergency supplies.

James Boardman, a volunteer with the Southeastern Colorado chapter will deploy to Mississippi in support of casework.
