What are YOU Thankful For?

Welcome to November and “Thirty Days of Thanks.” Being the month of “Thanks Giving”, we want to take the opportunity to give thanks to the many partners who are part of the incredible network of humanitarianism here in Colorado & Wyoming.

Whether you’re a community partner who responds, serves, or supports during disasters or you’re on the front lines giving your time or money, you are important and appreciated. Every day our community reaches into their hearts and pockets to donate funds or roll up their sleeves in support of the American Red Cross.

We are thankful for YOU, our donors and volunteers, who put the lifesaving Red Cross mission into action in communities down the street, across the country, and around the world. It is important to take time to reflect on the blessings shared with us, and those we serve by the generosity of others, and express our gratitude for their support.
Back in October, we had the opportunity to work with Sharon Lipinski, the author of 365 Ways to Live Generously. In her book she talks about gratitude being an important part of living a healthy life. “Gratitude is a keystone habit whose good effects cascade through your life,” she says. Well, thank you, Sharon, for the inspiring work you do and for being a supporter of the Sound the Alarm campaign to save lives.
Throughout the next thirty days, we will be sharing our gratitude for those around us. We hope you’ll follow along with our #30DaysofThanks and be inspired to share your own as well.

We want to know…What are YOU thankful for?
