Red Cross Wildfire Response Updates
It’s officially wildfire season! Titan Fire in Las Animas County, Chris Mountain Fire & Coal Mine Fire in Archuleta County & Spring Creek Fire in Garfield County are currently burning.
TITAN FIRE - Las Animas County

The American Red Cross of Southeastern Colorado is responding to the Titan Fire, which is burning north of Cokedale, CO and west of Trinidad. The Red Cross and partners have opened an evacuation shelter for impacted residents.
The evacuation shelter is located at the Trinidad Community Center 1309 Beshoar Ave, Trinidad, CO 81082. Anyone impacted by mandatory evacuation or pre-evacuation orders can seek refuge at the evacuation shelter.
Red Cross volunteers are standing by to help provide for immediate needs, supplies, support and information. Food, water, medical services and mental health services are available at the evacuation center.
