HealthONE Healthcare Systems, a community partner of the American Red Cross, has been a Red Cross of Colorado donor for many years and sponsor for the region’s Heroes Celebration for the last four years. Its support makes it possible to recognize our community heroes and first responders at this annual event. We can continue the work of the Red Cross mission locally, especially during COVID-19, because of HealthONE’s generosity and the generosity of community partners like them.
HealthONE and the Red Cross both work closely with first responders. The Red Cross provides support, services and care to first responders during disasters and HealthONE employs and works closely with our community’s first responders.
Daniel Davidson, Vice President of Marketing and Community Engagement for HealthONE, believes it is essential to celebrate, honor and thank our first responders for the difficult job they do every day by putting their lives on the line. “HealthONE and the Red Cross have been community partners for years. It is only natural that we would support the Rocky Mountain Heroes Celebration to support the Red Cross’ work and to celebrate the work of Colorado’s first responders,” he said.
HealthONE has played a significant role in community outreach and support for years and continues to nurture and grow relationships with the Red Cross and other local nonprofits that directly impact the communities in which we live and work. The HealthONE system of hospitals strives to be a model community citizen and supports a host of organizations that align with our mission and values.
First responders are not the only tie between HealthONE and the Red Cross. “Our mission, principles and values complement those of the Red Cross,” Davidson says. In fact, HealthONE’s mission mentions one of the Red Cross fundamental principles, “committed,” within it.
