Uche Ejiasa, Welcome to the Mile High Chapter Board!
Uche Ejiasa – Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, Newmont Corporation, Denver
Uche Ejiasa is the head of Global Inclusion and Diversity at Newmont Mining. His career experience has granted him the privilege of leading supply chain and inclusion and diversity teams across manufacturing, oil and gas, automotive and mining sectors.
Passionate about people and how best to liberate the talents within them, Uche enjoys the complexity of deploying the strategy, direction and approaches that support organizations in addressing the environmental, cultural, and leadership requirements of attracting, retaining, developing and managing diverse workforces.
A key focus for him is getting to the heart of the individual and transforming the organizational systems that support their work.
When he’s not in the office, a perfect day involves stepping off a plane, lingering outside in nature, transitioning to a museum or art gallery, and finishing with a mouthwatering meal, all while a carefully curated soundtrack plays in the background. If you see him, be sure to ask him why a raven is like a writing desk.
