Service to the Armed Forces is a congressionally mandated mission of the American Red Cross. We were excited to have the opportunity to recognize the work of Colorado & Wyoming Service to the Armed Forces volunteers. 90 percent of the Red Cross workforce are volunteers and central to our mission is fostering this spirit of volunteerism. That is why we always take a moment to recognize and celebrate the hard work of our volunteers, we could not fullfill our mission without them.
