Red Cross Supporting Duck Pond Fire Evacuees

The American Red Cross of Western Colorado has opened a shelter ready to accommodate anyone needing overnight refuge due to the Duck Pond fire in Eagle county. Red Cross volunteers are standing by to help people with immediate needs, supplies and support.

The shelter is located at the Eagle Valley Middle School – 747 E. 3rd Street, Eagle, CO 81631.

The American Red Cross of Western Colorado is supporting an evacuation site ready to accommodate anyone needing information or other assistance due to a wildfire that has forced residents in parts of Gypsum to evacuate on Saturday afternoon. Red Cross volunteers are standing by to help people with immediate needs, supplies and support.

The evacuation site is located at the Eagle County Fair Grounds – 426 Fairgrounds Rd, Eagle, CO 81631.
